Suggestions on future civ games

1. Make the advisors useful they were so much better in Civ 2 and that is not saying much.
2. You should be able to request more then a loan of gold. If you are a small nation that is in good standing with a big civ, they won't give you anything and you can't demand it. If you ask nicely they should not take it offensive like demands.
