Does this version have any changes from the version we're using in the pbem, Exile?

BTW, ongrats on finishing this excellent scen

There are some changes in the tech tree, some graphics may be newer, and the opening panel uses a quote from Douglas Porch now, instead of my own blurb. Porch is quite the authority on colonial/imperial warfare.
