I dunno, I just can't unzip it. Just post the regular file (or if someone else can unzip it, do so and post the regular file, whichever'll get it here quicker).

Well you can just upload the .net to the CFC or Apolyton upload servers and give me the link now that I think about it.
EDIT: email removed to spare me from spambots.

The United States of America continues its war effort, with the 2nd American Cannon division having landed on Haitan soil in preparation for an assault on the Haitan capital. American gunboats bombarded enemy troops on the Haitan coast and analysts have predicted that the island will fall shortly. Reinforcements are within striking distance of the Colombians at Panama and are preparing for landings in that area. Finally, in the pacific, American ships are continuing to approach the Hawaiian Islands in order to annex these territories into the Union. The United States declares these territories as part of its sphere of influence and will not tolerate attempts at expansion into those islands.

It doesn't really matter, since the canal is built by event, and the city isn't necessary. Anyway, in SP and other games the city never got burned, so I don't know what's different now.

Germany has decided to solve the Eastern Question once and for all. Constantinople has finally fallen, and thousands of men are pouring into the interior of the Ottoman Empire, and will march all the way to Basra. British expansion into Anatolia or Mesopotamia will NOT be accepted.

With all due respect, Mr. Bismarck, but I don't think that you are in a position to make such demands. The British Middle East Core has planned operations in this area for a long time now. British forces has already besieged the city of Baghdad for months now and the city is expected to fall this month. We do not desire any confrontation with any European powers over this. This region has been and WILL be British controlled. Any foreign colonialism in this region will be considered a hostile act against the British Empire it self, and must take the following consequences. Foreign steel will be met with British steel, and probably American. Please respect this and we will respect you.
To show our willing for peace we might though go for a compromise. Let's say we draw the border at Mosul and Erevan?

I have a better plan: you turn your damn artillery around and expand in Africa, China, or the Americas. An attack on Baghdad or any other Ottoman city besides Damascus will be considered an attack on Germany, period. Do as you will.

This is a crisis constructed by Germany. Our artillery has been pointed at Baghdad longer than your claims have been. We will not bow for tyranny. We do not want war but it certainly seems like Mr. Bismarck does.
Why can't you point your damn artillery around and expand in Africa, China, or the Americas? We were here long before you, even before you thought about "solving the Eastern Question". That means that our claims are legitimate and yours are not!. And you made those claims without any diplomatic efforts at all.
Let's just get this straight; Baghdad, Damascus, Kuwait and Kandahar should be considered British. Any attacks on those cities will be considered an attack on Britain her self. We actually had plans to take out Mosul and Ankara as well, but will not do so since you have such strong feelings about this whle thing. We can also negotiate about Teheran and Kabul.
Please use your famous brain, Mr. Bismarck, and use diplomacy. Let us fight wars around the negotiating table instead of in the battlefield.

What is the Russian, French and Japanese stand on this? Will you be loyal allies or will you use common sense? Please spare us for any meaningless bloodshed. I urge you to talk som sense into Mr. Bismarck.
