I don't think that it's a good idea for the AI to play the Russian turn

(Personally, it's no skin off my nose if I don't get to play - ANZAC will be able to play his own turn

Curt: Soundwave's never claimed this as his own work, and you don't need the scenario creator's permission to start a PBEM.
Soundwave did post a 'new scenario' message on the CFC Scenario creation board which I asked him to clarify as most 'new scenario' posts on that board are from people advertising their own scenarios.

Yet Another Modernization Program Unveiled
As has become habitual with incoming governments since the time of Peter the Great. Premier Kurkov announced he was shocked at the backwards state of Russia, and set out on a modernization plan for all of Russia.
