Ok, as long as you are not planning to attack the rest of Italy I suppose it's fine. I did not talk about occupation of Rome, and by sying I'll send troops there I ment to send my troops near Rome so you can't attack it if you wanted to.

Continental Alliance Announced
The Russian Foreign Minister earlier today announced the creation of a continent-wide alliance including Russia, Germany, and France. While many tenets of the treaty were not released by the Foreign Ministry, the pact comes following intense negotiations between the three countries in an attempt to make Europe, and by extension, the world a safer place. The Foreign Ministry said it invited ambassadors from all nations to the ministry to explain that the alliance is purely intended to be defencive and allow unity of European foreign policy and is not aimed and any states.

it looks like my computer will be harder to fix then I thought. Most likley I will have to change the motherboard, so for now I will not be able to play until I do so. Hopfully I will be back by this weekend. Sorry for this.
