In many ways, for us citizens, the role of Historian may prove to be the most important choice us voters have to make - therefore, if you are about to vote for the banana; just stop for a second and ask yourself if the banana REALLY has what it takes to convey the events of our glorious Civ with the vision, style and basic literacy that we, as voters ultimately deserve....
then vote.

Could you give us a preview on your storytelling ability?
Lets say an essay about the forming of the civ3 demogame?
It only needs to be something like 5 pages so it wont take to long

I agree I've got a gut feeling that this position might require a no confidence vote soon

i'm not writting no essay, i suck at essays. I'm just gunna post every so often with events and dates, like;
1390bc - "The 2nd boarder patrol was attacked by a section of the small french army, the boarder patrol received heavy loses before General UberKrux decided to pull them out"
1330bc - "A Large Apolyton defense and retaleation battlion wiped out the French invasion force, and managed to take the city (I don't know any meny french city names) and also the city (i already told you). The Battlion is currently healing its wounded, and spearmen are on their way to defend the captured citys, General UberKrux has been ordered to create a defensive force to defend the new citys while peace talks are taking place."
1300bc - "The French have agreed to give us (some ancient tech) and a supply of furs for peace.

Bah ****, you want a story writer for that. I can write pritty much like that (i need to be in a good mood, and not be sick (i'm actualy very very sick at the moment!!)), and i must say, he uses very nice words (they sound brilliant, but i've never heard of them, or i don't know what they mean!).
you really must realise that when i am this sick, my imagination goes.

They don't need to be quite that style, but they should sound, uh, "historical".

how'bout somthing about a trible concil gathering together to create a settlement, and the tribe leader tells them of his dream to create a new system, when the government is for the people, and the people arn't there for the government and some extra bits of dribble that make people like it abit more!
