...because we know how to combine the idea of a social welfare state with a capitalist economy.
...in which Americans fail, we're just bloody commies for them.

(voted Germany)
Sweden especially because they actually know how to do a minority government, which would utterly fail over here
sorry for the many posts, but editing takes so long and I couldn't think of all those things right at start

My positions are too "extreme" for any nation to consider until something major happens.

I vote Finland!
I found amazing how that country works, they took the good parts of Capitalism, the good of Communism and made the perfection out of that.
Their prison system is awesome (It is not about punishing, but about reforming them).
The only black spot is when they announced the construction of two new nuclear reactors

I voted for Germany.
The German companies seem to value their workers much more than American companies -- in conjunction with the German government financing of workers' quality of life benefits.
Plus, unlike the United States, where racist organizations are given free reign with speech, Germany has been able to outlaw neo-Nazi groups while not supressing other forms of free speech.

Costa Rica, which has good things in its future. The Liberatio Movimiento (sp) has, I think, 9 seats in its Congress, something the US LP has yet to accomplish (except for Ron Paul [R Texas] who is a libertarian).

Sweden, The Netherlands and Cuba. In that order...
And moomin, you don´t have to move if you have a vision for a better society. You can take the good examples of above mentioned nations and try to make a difference at home...

So you would agree with Cuba's politics, like having the air force help him round up ducks when he goes duck hunting? (True story, I think a pilot or two died doing this too)
I find it disturbing you not only support a dictatorship, but you rank it in third as your most ideal government...

Well, Cuba IS a dictatorship. No doubt about that... But there´s potential for a real socialist state in Cuba if they remove Castro from power and the US lifts it´s blockade.

Sweden. A bit to Communitarian at times, possibly a bit too eager to privatise as of now, but otherwise good.
