Hey Ming, Markus, Michael, etc,
Is it possible for you guys to let people have the option to see who is ignoring them? I want to see how many people have me on their ignore lists .

Shouldn't this go under Apolyton/Community? Then we could discuss this in a more appropriate environment, that also raises are post counts.
Anyway...I doubt anyone has me on ignore so I don't care. If I could see who was ignoring who, that'd be interesting.

Might it not be a problem that some people might take offence to the fact that someone was ignoring them and send them unwanted PMs trying to change their mind (or maybe saying something nasty?)
The problem is that although I'd love to know if anyone is ignoring me (just out of interest, you understand) - I would hate anyone to know that I was ignoring them!!! (Although I've only ever used ignore once and that person has now departed the forums).

Actually Hywel Dda that is a good point.

Lol, Dashi was trying to say 'count' but mistakenly omitted the 'o'.
But this would be a good idea, imho.

I already sort of have an idea of whose ignore lists I'm on, so this wouldn't be of too much use for me.

I don't want to know who is ignoring me. But it's okay, if this becomes an option.
BTW, what does ignore do? Does it mean you don't see the posts of this ignored person (you see, I've never used it - and I don't see the point in using it...)

Then you don't know the pleasure of not having to read posts by people who annoy you.
I have a few names on my list, and I'm sure I'm on a few myself.

I´m sure Markos et al wont´t do this, since they don´t flag banned posters (I´ve asked for such a feature myself, alas in vain...).
You´re not on my ignore list however, stupidity alone is not a valid reason for that IMO

It would be interesting to see whos ignoring you but like mr President, I pretty much have an idea- anyways through process of elimination, it can be found out
example: you post something to them and they don't answer
but like Hywel stated, It could be a bad option for that reason.

How does ignore work? Do all posts from the specific person vanish for you? And what if this person is a frequent poster? Don't you get to miss half the meaning of the threads? And what if he is a thread starter?
Also, one odd think I've seen in my profile page: referrals. What are they?
Is this information somewhere in the FAQ?

Oh I see. Well I have only once made reference of apolyton in another forum. But I have made quite a few of my friends visit Apolyton, out of curiosity, to see where I'm wasting all of my time...

I think they donàt do that because it would become a badge of honor to become banned.
If you do a search, I ahve a thread on banned records, however It's not my best list, but it may serve your needs
