Hmmmm...
I already had to kill a bunch illigimatley - those 5 Commona Tong s***** in Balmora, but there was an opt out clause with the Thieves guild guy kitty . - Larius Varro in Fort Moonmoth asked me to kill them, so that was fun actually until I figured out how to get it done.
Anyway - the difficult method is for some other time, as I am not really deveoping my sneak and chameleon skills. Only that I got that ring for 30% chameleon, but well I'll probably try and do the almsivi intervention thingy when it comes to it.
Anyway for an easy kill of an enemy that paralyse sword owns all mortal and immortal enemies that I came accross so far.
I even got to kill Dremora Lord hoping of some good armour booty, and than found out that the bugger turns to ashes when I got to kill him finally. So i reloaded and saved myself a couple of scrolls.

until they attack me
then I kick their ass legitamently
(already killed 5 Tong and I haven't even got to the Balmora ones yet)

don't be afraid to attack a large group in a house
attack them for abit (try to kill at least one), then when you get low on health click on the door (it might be wise to stay near the door)
you are now saved, go to a nearby bed yoou have said up and heal
come back (the battle will still be ongoing)
rinse and repeat
when they are all dead you have triumphed

Oh, and I just realized, the Pilgrim's Path RULES! I just got the end-all and be-all power from the Shrine in West Fane in the Temple District in Vivec! Woohoo!

I don't know, they don't want to attack me even if i taunt them to 0 respect maybe because I am a pilgrim??? No idea... anyway, yes that trick with the doors is available, but I like jolly good scuffle and than take them all in one go . If I can beat them that is, I rather save and restart if I fail.
Anyway it's fun.

Foot - once they hit 0 respect, you just have to keep trying. It gets dull, sure, so train your Speechcraft a tad to shorten it. You need about 5 or 6 successes at 0 to actually get a fight if your 'craft is low.

Currently a Dark-Elf spellsword - which is cool, but the skills set is a little annoying. I have three weapons as Major or Minor skills, and Enchant and Alchemy as Minors. Thus levlling is not stunningly easy. Also, despite the fact that most of my fighting is done with weaponry (I don't have sufficient Magika to go properly magical), I wear Medium armour (minor skill) - so it's quite hard to find (although as a bonus the Imperial uniform works well). In addition, because of this, levelling in the Fighter's guild is tricky, as I only really use two of their favourite skills (long blade and Block).
I suspect afterwards I'll try for a custom thief-assassin style character, either a Khajit or Bosmer with Security, Stealth, Light armour, only ONE weapon (or 1+Marksman) and a very little magic (restoration and mysticism mostly, for healing and trapping).

Interesting
Do they still call you 'outlander' everywhere you go? Even though you are a Dark-Elf?
Those ordinators make me want to chop their head off sometimes with their comments .
I am really curious how will the game play for you the second time, perhaps there will be plenty of other quests to do apart from the ones you completed already.

And one more thing? Do you get a map with every Morrowind game you buy, or is it a special edition only?
Mine has a map - but I think I read somewhere that this might be spec.ed. thing - true or not?
And what do you get in that special edition version anyway if map is in every version anyway?

Hey, OneFoot, even Dark Elves who have not lived in Morrowind are recognizeable as "outlanders."
Btw, Chowlett, Kajits cannot wear boots, so you get no Boots of Blinding Speed. =P

Almost over 90??
These are the boots you get from escorting somebody to Gnaar Mok (IIRC)?
Mine gave me 200 fortify speed as well as the blind - or did I misinterpret your post ... ?

noo ... I was wrong. I thought that you get 200 pts over your normal speed. And my normal speed is now over 100 . And for some reason I fell I am going around even faster than before (when I put the boots on)... but this must be just a wrong impression.
Anyway - it still feels like a Ferrari

Yea, the boots of blinding speed give you +200 speed, and 100% Blindness. There is a way to counter the blindness though, if anyone wants to know.
Onefoot, I have no idea what you are saying. I did not think that you could get any attribute over 100. How did you get such a high speed?
Also, I have not gained much at all in speed, because I use a constant effect levitate ring that is way way better than any attribute increasing. =)

I am trying to do three things with a group
kill one ofg them
steal something from one of them
kill all of them
it appears to me that the easiest thing to do would be to kill one opf thwm (even though I have also killed all of them, more on that later)
but I cannot get him to attack me, I taunt but even when it is successful (and at the end of that action he likes me 0), he still will not attack me
I tried sneaking up behindd him, while invisible, and killing him with one hit, but a crime stlil gets called on me and all his freinds come (who I kill)
is there something I am missing here??
I would rather not have th ehuge price on my head

A ring with a constant cure blindness?
Anybody know exactly how the blindness affects you? The manual just says something about negative effects on your combat skills but nothing shows up in the stats display. I fought a somethingorother with the boots on and never noticed anything too different.

I think you can talk to certain members of the thieves guild to make a bounty "disappear". It might cost you a bit though.

I managed to taunt them only once to fight, and that was as per advice here - taunting them a couple of times when the respect was already 0.
So it might be possible.
Sneaking and killing I haven't tried, but with the bounty I got away by talking to the theves guild guy once and doing him a favour. That was the only time som far when I had to kill someone illegaly.
Maybe to steal something would be easiest, or kill him, take it and run away to keep bounty low .
-----
as for the boots - yes I have the feeling it gives +200 too. But now I am at 102 speed. I thought it will stop at 100, but hey - now I am at 102. Reason being is that I run everywhere - i just started to travel using mages guild and stilt striders/ boats now when I got fed up a little with the countryside . And I was getting always +4 or +3 for speed at each level and I think I started with 60 speed and now I am only level 10 or 11, and I am over 100 in speed.
I thought I'll go all the way but now I am over 100 and I have no clue where is the maximum, and I will see if it lets me upgrade speed again just to see if it will let me. But anyway, I seems to me that at this point I am fast enough (well I can hardly do bends well at that speed esp - with the boots on and running - so I'd say this is enough but it is fun as I don't get hurt when I hit a rock or a tree and stop .
Btw - can anyone attack you while you levitate - like those "dino" birds and similar. - and with the blindness -what was it the House Redoran Hat?
That would be some enchanted ring that I would want if I can make it remove blindnes that the boots give me - in them I can only "drive" by day on the roads that are either clean or that I already know well.
