I've just been using the regular forum smilies like  et al. They show up fine.
Civman2k, are you saying there are *special* chat-only smilies??

I was under the impression that many of the mundane smiley worked in chat but some of the lesser used ones did not.
Now it appears there are smileys that are unique to chat.
If anyone knows where to find info on chat smileys it would be interesting to know.

i searched and there was an old thread with the same title, but ti didnt mention any specifics...i've seen at least one other one besides :kill: used, but i dont know what it is...
