Our Hero has spotted a nameless skraeling settlement in the north.
The southern expedition has replenished its supplies of meat in what the captain calls Sveinlaw (Bermudas).

Yet more natives have been sent to their maker.
The Irish government was refering to the Roman ship which is currently sailing off our coast.
Should sailors from that ship make any unauthorised landings, the Irish government cannot guarentee their saftey from the bands of native cannibals who are reported to still be living in the coastal swamps.

Sea Journal of Wang
Sea Date 3.4.1012
The Admiral's ships came into sight early this morning. We communicated through signals, and I read that I was to attempt to communicate with these city builders. I did so, and entered the port. There we learned they were a Meso-continental peoples, but one city of a great empire. But giving no maps, some of our salors disbelieved them, and boasted instead of our great empire, and of the great emporer over-seas. These infidels laughed and started slinging stones at us. We hastily retreated to the ship which took some damage. We signaled to the admiral who had stoped in Mulege to resupply earlier, of the insident. He signaled that we were to assault them early in the morning with him. He said he had ample marines to do the job.
Peasant Commander's Log
Earlier today the Cho Ku Nus arrived in camp. They were exhausted from their journey over the mountains, but were ready to kill for their lost general. I had always thought they were extremely arogant and boastful of their prowess on the battlefield, but this evening has proven me wrong. They charged the barbaric town, hitting them from all sides. But the barbarians did have a stockade up, and they were unable to enter. However, the enemy will not be able to stand much longer as they shall be shot, everyone of them, from their defenses in due time. The sky becomes dark when the Chu Ko Nu arrows fly. Some of my men have started calling it the black death from above. My our emperor have mercy on the barbarians' souls, for we will not!

The Great Admiral of the South, Journal of
Sea Date 12.31.1013
The City of Tarahumara has been brought under foot for their insubordination and lawlessness towards our emperor! While a large part of the citezenry has been spared, their soldiers and ships have been killed and sunk repsectively. While some wanted to do them the otherway around, I forbad it, being such is the way of the disorderly and lawless. However, rumors are that this city is part of an empire, which will probably not take kindly to our take over of the city. We currently only have one corp of marines, but hopefully they shall withstand any initial on-slaught, allowing us to reinforce ourselves. If this empire is as lawless as this city, then we shall subjugate it and make it lawfull! For this is the will of our Emperor overseas.

The Second Southern Expedition has been launched. The First one has spotted a coastline.
The glorious inland battles have been indecisive.

The Great Plains Expedition
Lord Wong Tzua
Our campaign, instead of seeming to end, now seems to have just begun! Rumors spread of a great plain that extends far beyond these hills, populated by these barbarians who'd rather ignobly kill leaders than face an army in blessed bloody combat. It seems they are all in a loose federation, and we shall crush them all with the help of the Emperor Overseas.
Note: Buffalo chips are not for eating, but are a good source of fire fuel, something which will undoubtably increase our production in this area.

Dead Buffalo has been captured.
The first southern expedition has sailed past NeoAntium in Sumpfland. Upon sighting a primitive sailing vessel, many deragatory comments were made.

The Great Plains Expedition
Our camp neer the smokey hills has been attacked by more savages, but they all were turned out. However, supply lines are difficult to mantain, and thus the Great Mountain road is to be constructed. It shall provide fast movement for our expedition against the northern barbarians.
As to our brothers in the south, last news is that they are fairing well. They have met stiffer resistance however in the form of feirce eagle warriors, who have encamped just outside of our newest conquest in the south. All shall be well with our Emperor overseas on our side!
