If a movie was to made of this turn, it would have to be called Native Slaugther XXVII: The Carnage Continues

Journal of the Great Plains Campaign
We have come across a great river that flows south east. It was not long before we came across a thriving barbarian settlement. The camp they call Witchita, but once we have conquered it, it shall become a great city. We have laid seige to it, and soon roads will be constructed to make travel for fresher troops easier. Long live the emperor overseas!

AAAAARGH. Mandan Falls shall fall soon.
Rumours tell of a powerful empire to the West. Perhaps we'll try trading with them as a change of pace.

The native town of Menominee Wood has been added to the Irish relms.

Come visit New Nanking!
Here at New Nanking, you straddle the great Mountain range. On one side, you can see New Beijing, and the ocean, and tell your sons and daughters about the empire overseas and how we came to settle here to glorify the name of our beloved emperor. On the other side, you may see the great Plains, lush and savage filled. There is no better tourist stop around!

Mandan Falls is still in the process of falling. Chances are that it will not be able to withstand the might of two heroes and three packs of warriors.
Our Phoenicians friends send word of grave misfortune after having lost three generals in the heat of battle. We advise them to crush the weaker natives first. There is no dishonour in fighting.

Tzintzuntzen falls, and a strange barbarian tribe has been discovered along the shore of the western sea. Our bloosthirsty soldiers held back their swords when some yellow wise men offered us scrolls bearing great innnovations in the field of agriculture. We gladly taught them the major tenets of our economic system and were on our way. We hope for further cooperation with these 'Chinese'.

Darius, I recall agreeing to trade techs, but I don't recall agreeing to trade agriculture for economics. Its not a big deal, though it would be nice if you double checked first.
Captain's Log 12-02-29
The naval siege of Monte Alban has begun. Many ships and marines from up north are being brought up as we speak.

Sorry but I'm certain those were the techs, especially since they were the only two techs one of us has that the other doesn't.

1-on-1, warrior-against-warrior, our hero has taken down a Mesoamerican one. The Mesopotamian's lack of iron weapons could have had something to do with it, but probably didn't.
Mandan Falls hasn't fallen yet, but our Irish brethren seem to have captured Menominee Wood and the dastardly Romans send word of their new General being able to take on ten longships of Vikings. Such delusions appear to be universal and unavoidable.

Irish warriors have noted a ship of the haughty Viking fleet sailing down what us Irish poetically call 'the really big river'. The Viking sailors are hereby warned that the Irish government will have them roasted over an open fire should they take one step off their boats

Why isn't anyone ever happy to see us? We Vikings are really misunderstood.

Southern Army Field Report
An army has camped outside of Quemada and is waiting for reinforcements
Two Cho-Ku-No units are bearing down on Ixepete
Fleet headed toward Monte Albam
A new race of peoples have made their way across the hills. They call themselves the Irish. All we know of these peoples are these knights they send. They had better not interfere with our conquest of these barbarians.

Mandan Falls has fallen, but the defending army of skraelings seems to have become a besieging army of skraelings. Truly, these great warriors shall quench thirst with us in Valhalla.
Some of our ships have retreated from the cowardly Irish farmers into the frigid gales of the Norse Sea, but others still seem to prefer following the goto orders in a way that terrifies the land-bound southerners.
Vikings are interested in purchasing some slaves on the open market.
OOC: Does delevent work on these saves? If it does, I should probably just send a longship to bombard South American peasants.

A party of Irish explorers has reached the West Coast. Showing remarkable restraint, the explorers have managed to supress their violent xenophobia and withdrew from the Chinese relms without hacking any Chinese peasants to peices.
