The only game I am consistently playing these days is Space Empires IV - I've got a couple of great PBEM games going with it. Aside from that, I'll often play EU2, and now that it's been released, Neverwinter Nights. There are, of course, many other games I play - but none as consistently.

Why?
I used to play all sorts of different games but - thanks to its incredible customizability - CtP keeps evolving, getting better and more diverse all the time, so it never gets old...

I'm playing a little game called Age of Wonders II right now. It's really fun, sort of like a fantasy version of civilization with an emphasis on military instead of balance (you can only win through conquest). It reminds me a bit of Heroes of Might and Magic also.

And arktiem: I suppose you sleep half an hour per day, right?

Theme Hospital is a classic. Get it. It is a lot of fun and it is funny too. You can definitely pick up real cheap now, since it is so old.
