Please help
Hi,
Im a great fan of SMAC so Ive decided to buy SMAX, so I've ordered it through Softwarefirst. Everythin OK, e-mail sent that they will send a full confirmation within 12-24 hours. Now 48 hours passed and still nothing so I've sent a mail to them asking about my order. As you can guess not a word. I really love SMAC so it would mean me a lot to get SMAX. What do you think I should do? Any help would be greatly Appreciated.

Do they have a phone number you could call? I've never heard of that company/provider myself.

Hey there, Tilk!!
From past experience they sometimes take a little longer than they quote for repsonding to messages, but usually no more than three full days. Did you make sure that you entered your e-mail address correctly when ordering? I only say that because the one difficulty I ran into with a SoftwareFirst order being really delayed was because I accidently screwed up my e-mail address. I didn't get a confirmation and it took almost a week to get a reply to my e-mail (very slow, yes... but I find it worth it for getting old titles at good prices)... If you don't hear from them soon, send another message (make sure you are using their support address) or give them a call.
BTW, I have noticed mention of getting Alien Crossfire via ebay/half.com, etc. I haven't had luck with e-bay, but on half.com the only copies they have available have a ridiculous asking price of $54.00!! No way will that I pay!

why can't they send SMAX to your country? I don't see anything wrong with this game....I don't think it violates any rights, contains explicit graphics/language/or anything else.
I hope you got a refund...

There's exactly one country that Wizards of the Coast says it cannot ship Magic: The Gathering products to: Australia. So if you live in Guyana, Turkmenistan, or Eritrea, they'll get that Seventh Edition booster to you, but if you live in Melbourne - no way! Too difficult!
In other words, it's impossible to tell why or how they can't do things. Sorry to hear about the trouble.
