i know this is in the wrong forum but ive gotten no response anywhere else. I'm in the middle of a game and i switched my mobilization over to war-time and now i cant switch it back, the game wont let me and im not at war with anyone plz plz plz plz help me plz plz plz

I believe that if you change government to say , monarchy it will stop mobilization, not totally sure though.

You have to either sign a peace treaty or destroy the civ your at war with, either one works fine.

If you are not at war and start mobilization, you have to declare war and then sign a peace treaty (or conquer the whole civ) to get out of mobilization. I can't think of any other method.
