Wonder Initation Popup
i was glancing over the saved game, and i was looking at the city screen. That annoying Civ book cursor (that lags my game for some reason) popped up, so i went into the preferences to turn it off.
i noticed that "Wonder initation popup" was not selected. I believe it should be, especially now that we know a few civs.

This is getting ridiculous. Why should it not be on?
But, Uber, I appreciate you mentioning that it is currently off. Perhaps this is meant as an info thread rather than an opinion one (and if so forgive me), but it seems excessive.

just warning people that we currently have no warning of whos building what. i checked the wonder screen and none are in construction, so we're safe for now.
and i've actually turned it off before, in 16 civ games it gets a bit of an annoyance (tech whores all do it at the same time, 15 popups)

No worries, just being annoying (as usual). That's what happens when you don't have a position yet feel that you must be heard.
