Cruise Missiles
You should be able to move cruise missiles to other continants via ship, you could in civ2 easily. I suppose this belongs on the wishlist, oh well.

You can, just use a transport!
ALL bombardment units take the transport -- no airlifting either! Like everything else, these are not your "as in real life" cruise missiles. Consider that they are not multi-purpose (land or sea launched); does that make it better?
BTW, cruise missiles are my bombardment weapon of choice when going up against MI entrenched in cities or metros. Especially when I want to TAKE the city (not raze it) and keep the marketplace intact.

I stand corrected. But if they can be loaded onto transports, how come it doesn't already have a load flag, is it a bug?

Cruise missiles should be able to be loaded and fired from destroyers and battleships, that's how the US fires most of them. Is there a way to use the editor to set that up? Where those 2 ships can just hold certain units?

This is how i did it:
Nuclear Submarine, Transport Only Aircraft, Transport Only Tactical Missiles
Cruise Missile, air unit, cruise missile. (same with Tactical Nuke)
That way, the nuke sub can transport Cruise Missiles and Tactical Nukes but not other aircraft.

That's a good one I'll make the appropriate changes but the question is if the AI will be able to use it too. If it doesn't then the game may be unbalanced.

I did something similar (but I used the foot unit flag). The AI definitely knew what to do with it.
