oh sorry-- I've had too many turns and forgot which game it happened -- I have had some recurring problems where it seems my "buffer" fills up-- it manifests itself by not drawing all the graphics on base screens, diplo screens etc. often the butto needed to hurry stuff or even to click save are not present-- I have a thread in the help section already if you have any ideas
nothing of importance happened in the turn IIRC as I have been pretty much moving scouts around

no problem flubber, just wanted to know what happened. i've had problems with reallocation of memory or something like that, probably cuz i keep my pc on for so long.

Probably nothing . . . the morganites and UoP are the fastest researchers and even a one tech advantage means a huge difference in the early charts. Build even a single unit or obtain a tech and watch yourself soar on the charts.
I never pay too much heed to the charts . . . AS I understand them, they mainly reflect pop and tech , and have almost no consideration for underlying infrastructure or terraforming.
