but I WANNA be Luigi, he was the best!
anyone ever read Ultimate Game Players? their "things that would never happen, but would be SOO cool" article?
Luigi gets his own game where he is the godfather of a new york mob, and he kills Mario.

The only thing Luigi can do is that weird little running-in-the-air jump anyways! You were always second but too afraid to admit it!! (Does this mean we're brothers?! )
Ninney... I am your father....

Mario and Luigi are brothers?
I swear I've played every mario bros game from start to finish, and for some reason I always thought they were just friends ... very, very close male friends *wink*. Oh yeah, they got a head for that.
Kman
P.S. Ninot: according to my post, Trip said he is Mario and you are Luigi, so you are Luigi. ROT [really off topic] my grandfather was never in the mob unlike the good Italian he should of been. *sigh*

The Mario Brothers
Mario Mario and Luigi Mario. But, if my memory is right.. i think Luigi is an adopted brother, not an actual brother.

Oh yeah! I remeber that movie when it came out, but I never saw it .
I use to watch the cartoon though, and it made it look like they were just partners in Plumbing.
edit: Ninot loses the lead! oh my God! this is like a horse race! This has probably been the most entertaining thread I've been on. The most spamy too.

It was a pretty weird movie, but I enjoyed watching it, for the most part.

i believe if we tie, this election could be labeled as not eligible for recognition, too much off topic spam, then we revote!

Whether this is off topic spam shouldn't matter for recognition purposes. I like a good close election, and this one will go down to the wire.
While I haven't read the 1st 4 pages, it is a shame that we can't have vote only threads. Maybe if the mods would erase all responses when they saw them?

Why would you want a vote-only thread? The thread where you vote is a convenient place to talk about that certain election race. It can also be quite entertaining, Im sure you would agree if you read the first 4 pages.

The chat isn't the smartest thing, so it still thinks you're in there for quite a while. Kind of how it changes the color of your text at random, along with freezing up sometimes without telling you.

I think people are purposely voting to keep it close, ya know. If Ninot gets out by a couple, some people will atomatically vote for Trip, and vice-versa. Thats my theory anyway. Either that or they are just such evenly matched candidates and so overwhelmingly qualified for the job, that there votes are dead even... naw, forget that, I thinks its people purposely keeping it even.

I just voted for Trip and pit the election at 47 against 47, both canditates are equal and with a grand total of 94 voters, thats actually a good turnout. I voted Trip because he has done a good job and therefore deserves a vote.

Just a quick question. Having never posted a poll, how does it close? Does the poster do it, a mod, or is there a time limit set when you start the thread so it's done automatically?
I only ask because the day the poll closes is stated, but not the time. In a race this close, that could be vital.

The poll closes automatically, and when it does there is a message above the results stating "This poll is closed".

I voted without seeing who had what. Then it came in as the vote that tied it up again (52-52). Oops. Good luck to each of you.
