The "lack of privacy"-whine wasn´t really serious... But I really think the flag looks out of place, there´s too much junk in the left hand field as it is
And don´t worry about the avatar, I have like 30 good pics of this little cutie

Personally I think it's a shame that skanky and cyber got a PCR... but if they were [I]breakin' the law, breakin' the law (Judas Priest style)[/], then it's prolly ok.

Yes, Tniem, as soon as Palestine becomes an indpendent country, I'll drop the complaint, because it will be a country protected by treaties and acknowledged by UN. As long as it's not, I will complain (or at least until Markos does one of things I suggested).
|
Ok, buster, you just made me decide which flag to use... I was at a dilemma between Cuba, Libya and Vietnam, but now thanks to this, I realised that the Palestinian flag is ideal for me.

If not for my position, you would now be reading a list of very crude expletitives from me.

Oh BTW, a nice example. I'm just curious, if I put the moment where a plane crashed into the World Center tower as my avatar (well, that image is quite famous), would Americans see it is offensive?

I thought Palestine is acknowledged by the UN, but I am probably wrong.
I respect your position and your push then. Will look forward to reading your complaints until it becomes a country. And will not again say anything against it.

UN acknowledges Palestine and Israel, and those 1967 borders, but it doesn't matter, since the country of Palestine isn't protected by other treaties, acknowledged by other countries, isn't indepedent, and lacks many things that countries have.

So, sabrewolf, who said that Swiss were pedantic?
And Horse, who said that Aussies are tactless?
You might have to keep an eye on Solver's location flag from now on. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets on the next Melbourne flight and beats you up.

would it be possible to get the 'title' attribute put in the flags' img tag, so that we can get a popup tooltip showing what country the flag is for? This is simply an attempt to increase my flag-knowledge :-) I know the flags have the alt attribute, but this doesn't popup in a tooltip, at least on mozilla (nor should it, going by the html standard )
so, an example: img src="flag.png" title="Republic of XYZ"

Markos one question about this: Will you ever add this officially to the members list? I notice this is getting slower and slower and as I wanted to get to know who used the US American flag I just got an empty page, although we should have here more then 300 people from the USA. Same is true for other countries but not for all.

No, but I can tell you all the people using Heard and McDonald Islands.
Both the correct spelling, and the Apolyton spelling of it.
