I guess its nice to see the international community of 'poly. But is it going to mean anything? I am going to use USA but is it really going to mean anything when everyone simply picks a flag they want or earns a certain number of posts to have a custom flag (now theres an idea  )?

That was Armenia. Right-click on the flag and choose properties. That will give you the filename, in his case Armenia.gif.
