cheat mode
sombody said in civ2 (i don't have the game so i'm not sure about civ2) their was a cool cheat mode, when you could swap between civs! So you can make your self mega big, then swap with a tiny civ and try to beat your original civ with that one!

Is this gunna be in PTW, i'd really like to do this!

in civ2, there was actually not really a separate scenario editor. it had a map editor which let the user develop terrain and place cities, but for the actual editing of gameplay and scenario building, that was all done in-game. it was listed under the "cheat" menu, which many use for that purpose, but its true function was to let scenario builders play with the rules of the game while playing it somewhat.
