ReadMe Files for Previous Patches
Where can I find downloadable copies of the readme files for the earlier patches, 116f, 117f, 121f?

Readme files are cumulative. So the 1.29 readme file should also contain the readme for the other patches.

Yep, it does. And it also contains the 'last-minute' additions that made it into 1.07 (e.g. 'There is a peaceful method of achieving a Golden Age').

Just go to the end of the changes for 1.29, and you will find the changes for 1.21, and the rest after that. The readme is about 20 some odd pages long now, if you printed it all out, which I did once.
