Presidential Election
All Elections this time are uncontested, including the presidential race. Some posts have no one running at all, most notably the Minister of War post  The presidents main task, besides begining the game, will be to make sure that the cabinet posts are full or do the work himself.
So should 123John321 be elected president with no one running against him?
