Civ2 Demo Game #2 Sign Up and Citizen Census
The original Sign Up for the Democracy Game doesn't suit our purposes anymore for this second game since many have moved on to other things. And It appears that the previous census thread is not being updated. So I volunteer to keep this thread updated with the list of who's a citizen in our glorious empire!
