I said no, just because there wasn't an abstain option and I in reality have no opinion.....
Of course it is my democratic obligation to vote, else what is the point of a Democracy.

The Lyrics of the Chinese National Anthem :
Arise, ye who refuse to be slaves;
With our very flesh and blood
Let us build our new Great Wall!
The Peoples of China are in the most critical time,
Everybody must roar his defiance.
Arise! Arise! Arise!
Millions of hearts with one mind,
Brave the enemy's gunfire,
March on!
Brave the enemy's gunfire,
March on! March on! March on, on!
The words for the national anthem were written by Tian Han, and the music was set by Nie Er in 1935. Originally known as the March of the Volunteers, it was the theme song of The Sons and Daughters in Times of Turmoil, a film that depicted how Chinese intellectuals marched bravely to the front in the War of Resistance Against Japan during the Second World War.
Sonorous, militant and inspiring, the song describes the wrath of the Chinese people against imperialist aggression and their determination to protect their motherland against foreign, invaders. During the Second World War it was also sung by people of other countries who sympathized with the Chinese people in their anti-Japanese struggle. In 1949 it was appropriately chosen to be the national anthem of the People's Republic of China.

Egypt Anthem
My homeland, my homeland, my hallowed land,
Only to you, is my due hearty love at command,
My homeland, my homeland, my hallowed land,
Only to you is my due hearty love at command,
Mother of the great ancient land,
My sacred wish and holy demand,
All should love, awe and cherish thee,
Gracious is thy Nile to humanity,
No evil hand can harm or do you wrong,
So long as your free sons are strong,
My homeland, my homeland, my hallowed land,
Only to you, is my due hearty love at command.

North Korean Anthem
Let morning shine on the silver and gold of this land,
Three thousand leagues packed with natural wealth.
My beautiful fatherland.
The glory of a wise people
Brought up in a culture brilliant
With a history five millennia long.
Let us devote our bodies and minds
To supporting this Korea for ever.
The firm will, bonded with truth,
Nest for the spirit of labour,
Embracing the atmosphere of Mount Paektu,
Will go forth to all the world.
The country established by the will of the people,
Breasting the raging waves with soaring strength.
Let us glorify for ever this Korea,
Limitlessly rich and strong.

...Marilah kita bersatu,
Majalah Singapura
Majalah Singapura
That's all I remember of the Singapore anthem, and it's probably wrong.
Apolytons all let us rejoyce,
For we are young and free,
With dark brown soil and weath for toil,
Jungle is all we see.
Our land abound in bananas,
Yellow and bent and sweeeeeet,
We'll make the most,
Of every post,
Apolyton glory!!!
(sung to the tune of the Aussie anthem)

I used to live in Singapore, and we had to sing the national anthem every day before school. I still remember most of it.
"That German Thing Uber Was Talking About" is, frighteningly, the most reputable of the options.

War Anthem: Ode to Joy, full version (~30 minutes. It's very dark for a happy song )
Reuglar Anthem: Ode to Joy Lite (typical 3 minute dittie you usually see)
Crazy Anthem: Ode to Joy from Clockwork Orange
You see, there is only one song.

Umm... this particular song has nothing to do with the 2nd American-British war that happened to take place in the year 1812. The song I'm taking about is Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's epic overture about Napolean's invasion of Russia in the year 1812 Far more important in world history than that shooting war in the new world. Americans... the only history they care about is their own, and they barely care about that. The song itslef uses the Russian hymn 'God Preserve Thy People', the French national anthem (appropriate since we are soon to "annex" France), and Russian national anthem "God Save The Tsar" (with a few old folk songs along way) Its 14:09 in the whole song, and like 3:30 compressed. Perfect for our needs. Though Ode De Joy is my second choice.
