its a nice little program that lets you play other peoples games or design your own. The main reason Im telling you guys about it though is because all of the people who play on it right now quit any mp games theyre playing 
one games in particular that I like is called Incursion. go play it so I have a challenge

I saw that gaming system, and the one you are talking about......but I was more interested in trying to make an online game than play risk clones.
But it seems to be too limiting. I want to make a game like utopia or earth2025, but with a map based system.

The word is spelt 'Beyond'. 
However, the website's name is spelt 'Byond' - probably because they think it is cool and different.
