Another set of turns has been played, with the consequential cleaning up of the directorate branches. Another bunch of polls has been added to the Planetary Archives. So they are getting a bit crowdy. How should I handle this situation? Should I delete most links when no longer relevant once a election term has ended, or should I order the section into its seperate directorate branches and not delete any link?

The index at the start is great. I wanted to do that myself - just didn't know how to. Thanks for doing the work for me.  But what's the rationale behind putting the directorate information at the bottom. I thought those would be most handy for irregular visitors and thus on top.

TKG, would you be interested in taking over the job of Planetary Archiver/ Chief Librarian? I've just started university and at least until I get a better idea how much free time I'll have, I'd like to get rid of some of my responsibilities. You have displayed a frequent willingness to improve this thread plus and a broad knowledge of HTML. I believe you could turn this (or another - you would have to start a new one) thread into a real jewel.

well, i'll offer to extend Xenobrew Inc.'s contract with the rec commons, and you can steal all you want from there, but it comes out of your own pay 
BTW, i'm working the thread as we speak. i'm planning on making a new directory for each term (elections, directors polls etc), and a separate "planetary archives" with all the polls from previous terms
