Regarding my case, Case #2, I need a postponement. Due to unexpected RL issues, I can't be on at all today. In fact, I was barely able to post this.

Being the plaintiff and therefore first poster in the trial, Skywalker's absence would completely stall the post. There would be no point in posting the court thread as scheduled today. I will inform all parties of a new time when one becomes available.

Sorry about the false alarm. I've managed to clear the matter up *mostly*. I can be on at four, but might have to get off around six (EST).

It is then once again scheduled for 4 pm EST... forgot the GMT. 9 pm I think
Ordinarily it doesn't matter if the defense counsel is ready or not since they get time after the plaintiff to defend themselves. In this case I decided since I explicitly stated it was delayed, to confirm with the defense before proceeding.
