Punishment Spheres Poll

If we build a Punishment Sphere, we will have to set up a rule about terrorists sent by me to blow it up
What about that :
1. A PS is built
2. I post that I send a terrorist and the PS isq destructed
3. We scrap the building
4. I'm sentenced to five turns of silence (I am not allowed to post in threads)
5(Optional). I receive the High Commissionner's grace after two turns


How does it sound ?
