Did you use "solver" as your username then Solver?
The only Sidgamers I remember were that guy with the Civ III list, KILLAH, whistler and St Leo.

I played Civ's, Col and CtP's since the early 90s, and because I have a little LAN at home for MP, I had no need to contact others through the internet. Later I used to visit the Infogrames forums for news and lurking several Civ sites without being registered. The trouble around the German Civ3 translation project brought me as active poster to Apolyton.

I'm not sure how to answer this. I visited both Markos' and Dan's sites before ACS, but not that much. I also went to Apolyton before the alpha.owo/Firaxis forums were up. It would be nice if you had the original alphacentauri.com forum listed. I didn't post very much at Apolyton until after my Alpha Centauri Nexus merged with SidGames though.

Been using Solver since I first came online...
Whistler, how many memories I got associated with him . While Apoc tries to convince me he's a nice guy, the insults I've tolerated from him... I'd better be at Apolyton already back then.

I've been at Addicted, TFGC2S and SidGames, Addicted mostly... Never registered anywhere though ( At SidGames perhaps, but that was after Apolyton).
Back then I was mostly interested in downloads, and only occasionally looked through the forums.
In fact, I didn't even know TFGC2S had any forums? But then, I don't think I knew it very long before it turned into Apolyton.

I come from Germany and this is the first forum I ever registered to.... followed by the German GamesMania, several civ boards (CGN, Acol, the like...) and finally also the EU boards... this is still my only true home though.
