My votes:

Ogie Oglethorpe - an occasional poster on off-topic but a frequent and valued poster on the SMAC forums.

Vi Vicdi - long gone AFAIK, but another frequent poster on the SMAC forums. He authored and / or popularized a lot of terms used by SMAC heads, he was a true fan of the game and was very active when I started posting here as opposed to just lurking.

Frogger - A funny man who I regularly disagree with, but who is intellectually honest and open-minded.

That was tough! I decided to add a little momentum to the on-topic side of things. Though I spend more time posting in OT now, I always drop into the SMAC forum first to see what's cooking. I was initially tempted to vote a straight "agrees with me" OT ticket, but even then there are too many people to choose from, and I noticed a lot of cliques doing it so now I don't want to. (Just like high school!) There are a lot of folks who deserved my votes both on and off topic, I could have made a long list off the top of my head, but they will all have to wait til next time.
