It's called improved civ (IMPROVEDCIV.ZIP) and is on my website at this location: www.geocities.com/marcussulla/civ.htm It features a new unit you can use to mark your territory in multiplayer games (border) and some new technologies. (Read the readme.txt for a full list of changes)
