It's the Wizard one for me. You get the Library and Hobbits/Archmages become immortal with Titans around.

Of course: the necros.

This guys are scary (which is big plus ) and the Vampirelord was more or less unbeatable furthermore the bonedrake and the lich are a very good (almost invincible) combination.
