Are you dominant or submissive?
This doesn't have to be in the sexual sense. We are talking in general. Although if all you care about is sex then feel free to post about that (withing forum rules of course).
Yeah I sort of got this idea from a certain unamed thread we will never mention again.
Is it O.K. for guys to be submissive in this day in age in the western world. They are always called ******* when they do.
Culture is a major factor, but I believe much of that is genetic.
discuss - and please don't mention that horrible thread. This is a entirely different thread.

what horrible thread?
Anyway, I'm both depending on the target of my actions and my general mood. Generally, I'm 'submissive' to girls and more aggressive to guys.
thanks

It depends, I tend to be dominant in politics and submissive in relationships (sometimes I mix them up and then it all goes to hell... )

Like most I suppose -
Fairly submissive, but when backed into a corner or pushed too far, horribly aggressive.

Totally depends. With some I am dominating, with some submissive. I tend to lean to the dominating side, though, as I can be quite overbearing.

hmm...really depends on the situation.
If I'm surrounded by idiots (and at a high school in Montana, that's not uncommon) I tend to be dominant.
Submissive if I haven't gotten enough sleep.

Submissive until I get started - in any sense. Then it is me either all the way or me making an ass of myself.

Dominant for things I give a hoot, or when I don't have enough sleep.

for the RJ fans...
thatsa... spicy... meata... ball...
i'm submissive in the general public but fairly dominant around people i know. I don't go out into the city and scream for people to obey me. If i bump into someone i apologize and walk away. I don't start screamign at people to apologize for bumping into me. no point.
edit: i dont know why that doesnt work on poly... heres a link

Fez's way of being dominant is insulting people with curses and being 100% positive of his intellectual superiority by countering arguements with "wrong!"
thanks

And speer should rest his case.
It completly depends upon the situation and the people involved.

You know, when a man has a good point, you really shouldn't look at their background, but try and be enlightened by the good point.
Of course, I'm again talking to a brick wall here.
(And still waiting for some actual rebutals in the other little thread, silence is compliance my friend.)
And it's nice to know that you still give out no respect but insist that others respect your words. *sighs* I take it that's why I agree with Asher so often even though he and I actually differ on viewpoints?
Let's not turn this into another FF vs. Fez war, okay? We had that in the other thread. Try focusing on the subject, and maybe try to refute rather than prove right statements made against you.

Speer doesn't have a point... infact his nazism is apparent in every thread. Should I show you some of his comments on gays?
Asher is gone... I don't know what happened. I am thinking of pulling the same act.
And stop hurling insults... it is getting tiring very fast.

It depends.
If I'm with people who are go-getters who can be counted on to do it right, I suppose I'd go with the flow usually.
Unfortunately, I tend to be a perfectionist, so if people are waffling or doing whatever patently wrong, I tend to take over and boss everyone around.
As for NON sexual situations... none of your business

Fez, you missed my point about Asher... should I say Wraith instead? Either way it's the same point.
Hurling insults? Who called who's interests dumb?
Brick wall = ethical egoist if I have to remind you again...
Try to take things a little lighter, stick around... I mean, this is a gaming site for pete's sake, and gaming forums... just try not to take stuff so seriously.
And I will make my own non-judgements about people, thank you.
And to try to go on-topic in an OT thread...

Fits me perfectly too... Unfortunately in school work I almost always get stuck in the groups that look to me to get it done because I'm too free-flowing when groups are being assigned and formed... horrible irony on that.
