You can prob'ly contract Tech Support via e-mail.
Recently, I bought Morrowind, which went back to the store when I couldn't get it to work. I traded it for Jedi Knight Outcast, which I'm not thrilled about.
When I was at a different store, I splurged and bought Neverwinter Nights. I couldn't get that to work either, and the store wouldn't take it back.
I did everything I could think of and finally contacted Tech Support. In a day or so they e-mailed me the answer.
