While I'm not opposed to naming cities after prominent members of our society, and UnOrthOdOx should be at the top of the list for having a city derived from him, Port Rouge is too sweet sounding to pass up.

It is in region 1. That may change if things do not go as planned....
The regions are not yet defined in borders. For example, timeline would logicaly fit in with all of these cities to round out the region, but to keep them fairly balanced at this time the split was wierd.
Region 1 is Mingapulco.
Region 4 is Ile de Rose. This includes Paris, Rouen, Lyons, and Marseilles.
Sorry for the confusion. Hope to get it fixed out next week when I post for a formilization of the regions.

Whatever the region, Port Rouge is a lovely name. And it is staying official now. poll closed.
I just had it in my mind that all of France was region 4...
Haven't been able to read all of that stuff as closely, been focused on orders and things
