It happens to me when I do not log in on the main screen and go to the forums.
Not everytime, but 3 or 4 or 5 pop ups when it does.

I always go to the Main Forum page first. I got the problem after being on Apolyton for hours. My timer is set to 20k in 15 min, so I reconnect frequently (after I wander away doing something else) but the browser stays on the whole time.
PS, my thread is more polite.
