You can now turn off the Domestic Imbecile's bizzare desire for domestic overpopulation at the expense of dumping hundreds of shields. There is a checkbox in the preferences for population limit warnings. Check that sucker and Ms. Brain Dead won't bug you about hospitals or aquaducts anymore.
How about a Bedlam Great Wonder so we can send her where she belongs?

As you can see the domestic nag is a good Christain woman, urging to turn away from the pagan teachings of Darwin for the needs of the sick and infirm.
Ignore her at your peril.

Is it just me, or does this pop-up occur more often when there is one turn left on whatever you're building? I got caught a few times like that when I first started playing so now I just automatically click no its fine ****-off (I'll be turning the imbicile off in my next game).

The only time it annoys me is when it is only 1 turn left and the thing it was building before is effectively already built when she nags you.
I just thought this was the typical exaggerated case, but in reality

I beleive the pop-up occurs when that city fills up its food box and is ready to gain another population point only to find that a hospital or aqueduct is not in the city.

if that were the case then why does it only do it around once every 20 turns going through all your cities on the same turn?
I haven't checked it isn't food related but i dont think it is

Robert E. Lee was descended from an ape. Look at those short legs. Especially him.

She's just trying to play "teacher". Assuming we haven't played any civ before and that we don't pay attention to these needs of city sizes.
And to a few of us, she is RIGHT!
(Well, not me. I've already paid those dues).

Naw leaves. I don't know if bannanas have a lot of calcium but they do have a lot of potassium and that is also needed for good legs. Gorillas mostly eat leaves in the wild. Thats what the huge gut is for.
I think the Domestic Twit has a neuro transmitter deficiency. Maybe she should eat more bannanas.

I had nuns that looked more pleasant while teaching. Her sad look is worse than the furious look. The one is just anger that you could do something so stupid as to try to rush a temple in a city that is civil disorder. The other is clearly shows signs of being condescending towards a severely retarded child and that there is just no hope for Civilization.
"Oh dear, The Retardate has soiled his pants again. However will our civilization survive his misrule."

He still had short legs. Just look at the photos. I will take your word that he was tall. He looks short when standing by himself.
You make him sound like a 50's pop singer.
Bobby Lee and Sandra Dee together again in:
Bandy Legged Ape-Men Surf Hawaii While Enslaving the Natives.
Hear Bobby Lee sing:
My Old Jungle Home
As We Were Marching Through Wai Ki Ki
Trixie
and of course
It Was Good Enough For Moses Malone

I came home from work one day and discovered that my domestic advisor had been altering the game's txt files - there was white-out on the monitor screen and writing on the white-out. There was also an empty package of black hair dye in the recycle bin...
