After a bit of research (the usual bored scanning of PBEM's) I found that having the AA battery have zero movement points can cause some interesting troubles. To remedy this I have attached this rules-file where the AA has one movement point.
Anyway, as a house rule, AA batteries may NOT be moved. It's very easy to spot anyone cheating that way.
So anyone who wants to play have to use this rules-file so we can avoid troubles from the start.

I got it already from a civfan 2194days game. Am I correct in assuming only the AA moves are changed?

As long as it's version six of the PBEM-version, then yes that's correct.

What's there to talk about?
IIRC it is a no-diplomacy game
You and Germany bang the UK and US and vice versa, while Germany gets to play with the Soviets too.
Or does the scenario start with Japan and the CCCP at war with eachother too?
(I couldn't be bothered to see what I start out with... It takes ages before the AI's have finished there battles. I seem to get smashed completely by the Nazi's in any case. I'll read about that soon enough I guess)
Have fun my yellow friend

Japan may be at peace with Russia at the start of the scenario, but that's nothing a good sneak attack can't fix.

Upon hearing of these attacks, president Simon J Hazlewood held a speech in the house of congress...
Early this morning America was attacked, without a declaration of war. The Empire of Japan, fueled by their aggresive need for land, have tried to subdue the entire Pacific. But this is our ocean too, Japan! You have attacked the United States of America, the British empire and the Soviet union. The three largest nations in the world. You certainly have choosen a large task. *laughter*
Mr Hitler and his accomplices have no idea of what they're up against! Oh, sure, we may not be the masterrace *laughter* but we three together are the beacon of freedom and tolerance on earth! Listen mr Hitler in your mountainfortress! Listen you emperor in your palace! What is that sound? That sound is the free men of the world, marching together towards victory! We won't rest until I can shake hands with my good friend Stalin in Berlin! You can not, you will not stop us! We will win. *applause*

Bah, you can't let facts get in the way of some purty words.
I can't really say: "We're all good guys, except the SU, but they're our allies so nevermind"

Armies of the Third Reich march for Siberia
And noticed very little resistance from the Russians along the way. This turn, Kalinin, Kharkov, Rostov, Sevastopol, Saratov, and *Stalingrad* were all liberated from the Communist scum, due to the impressive coordination of the German Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, and Panzers. The Panzergrenadiers have also been moved in to heavily defend all of the captured territory, no counterattack is possible. Stalin is now stuck between a rock and a hard place, what with our Japanese friends' help in the far east. We suggest the Russians lay down their arms and accept the inevitable. Please, stop the killing!
Both the Middle East and Atlantic ocean also saw much action. A large force lead by Rommel was able to capture the city of Alexandria, and the city was heavily garrisoned, as the Russian territory was. Several British transports were sank in the Mediterranian and Atlantic, many of them loaded with manufactured goods bound for the markets of South America. Our U-boats will continue to cripple the British economy until they agree to Nazi terms of surrender.
Finally, coastal defences have been constructed along the French coastline. Western Europe is now an invincible fortress, impervious to attack from Britain or the USA. Air, sea, or land invasions will all fail miserably.
Heil Hitler.
