Meckpomm, could you play China as well in the future? It's not so much work.

Of course, I'll play the Chinese. The game would be faster.

Oh damn.
Cifvan had a habit about it. In fact it happened so often I started to reload the safe as Chinese, pressed Ctrl-N, save and load as Russia...
Hope you all didn't mind.
It did speed up the game *cough*

I hope it works without problems. For playing the Chinese I have to know the password.

MeckPomm:
I loaded your new file, but the problem remains. You know, your AA batteries aren´t inside your cities.
Did you move them on purpose?
There´s a house rule that forbids the movement of these units

*MeckPomm, does your rules.txt say that AA-batteries have a movement of 0? That's what could cause it. Pap, how about you?
*Send a PM to CivFan and he should give you the password.

Well, I didn't move the AA-Batteries. In my rules.txt AA-Batteries have a movement of 0, so I couldn't move them. If I change the movement to 1, will it be better?

Yes, if you change it to 1 you can finish their turns with ctrl-N. However you aren't allowed to move them. Change it.
(Thanks to Darius for this clever solution, forgot to credit him earlier)

sorry, but this game seems doomed.
The save is not CTRL-N-ed.
secondly, the save is older then my earlier posted march-turn.

Well, I chose the latest file version.
Could the German Version of Civ2 which I have cause the crtl+n-problem?

I think the German Civ2 should be ok.
I mean: the save I downloaded was made 30 october.
Did you post the right save?

Well, that explains it then.
Remains the ctrl-n thing.
I could load the save as the chines, ctrl-n without peaking at the chinese situation, save and then play as the Russians if no-one objects.
(and if Meckpomm didn't password his save obviously)
