I second that, would be helpful in PBEM's.

Yes, that feature would be nice.
But I'm just happy the quick reply window is there. It saves a lot of time.

It's possible, Ren. Markos and Dan can't do everything right now as they're busy. Even I have to do some of the work related to Poly now as they're very busy indeed. So please be very patient, Ren.

A quick reply is just that... Since it isn't really THAT HARD to use the traditional response form, I don't think that this request would be very high on their list, and in reality, probably not on their list at all

Yes, but it would be a nice addition nonetheless. Agreed, not a very essential one, but a handy one

I'm too old and set in my ways - I never use quick reply. Must try to use it, but instinct is to click on "post reply".

Quick reply and My threads are by far the two most useful additions ever made to the forums. Adding an attatchment option would be nice, but it's not necessary.

I love the quick reply. Its so easy to just start typing in my reply while other people's posts are sitting above, still available for reading.
Nice quick reply.

Nice quick reply.

But, if you hit the reply button, other peoples posts are right below where you are typing, still available for reading.

Except that your response would have been something like " " or " " or "no."

I agree, it took me a while to get used to not clicking on Post Reply, but now I use Quick Reply, this feature would save me a good amount of time, considering my poor connection speed
