can anyone tell me how you change the staring characters names or the titles so that it still fits into the whole picture...(so that it doesn't look like mine where you KNOW i inserted the characters)

I think there is no need to do these Monty Python style pictures are graet.  But of course you use all the nice tools of your graphic program like resizing the image.
