I bought my copy, oh, over a year ago from a store.
Your best bet would be something like ebay, they have SS2 listed for $5.

And $5 well spent. SS2 is still IMO the most atmospheric game I have ever played...........the way the story (and it's a cool story) starts to unfold through those ghostly images, and the hideous zombies who just happen to attack when you're looking through your inventory.
Play this one at night alone in the house, with all the lights off.
Btw hacking rulez!

Still another 2 days left in most of the Ebay auctions. Hopefully the price won't rise much in the meantime...

Question: Was Specter (the Ion Storm guy responsible for Deus Ex) affiliated with System Shock 2 in any way?

IIRC SG[1} you are into RPG's mainly, (aside from civ of course ) and whilst there is an RPG element to SS2 in that you can choose where to allocate new skill points it is mainly a FPS but with an excellent storyline, along the lines of Deus Ex. If that sounds good to you then go for it - it's a great game, with an unparalleled atmosphere.

It's as good a place as any... I've yet to find a decent PC games resale shop.
