A bug when stealing Advance!

Please use the saved game file, try to steal Advance from France, click on "waht's the big picture" button after stole Fission, now you can't exit from Advance tree screen!
I exited after I kill the running program!

Does anyone found this bug? Who can report to game maker?

I had the same bug show up in a recent game, but couldn't reproduce it from one of the autosaves. Sounds exactly like yours though, and I had to kill the game in the task manager.

Next time that occurs, try clicking on any advnce that is in blue, selecting an advance to steal.

(Haven't downloded your save, but that is how it worked for me yesterday in my first-ever attempt to steal a tech). EDIT: Version 1.21g on a Mac.

That is a known bug. I'm not sure if Firaxis has commented on it, though.
