Name the Province: suggestions
OK, guys. Naming is not my thing...
Help me name what is left of Persia after we starve it out, burn down half of it, and otherwise cleanse it of Persian pressence to rebuild a decent civilization on that fertile land.

Well, that name was used to name a Persian Region anyway. (Northern Persia, the side that is now bordering Turkistan)
but nice sounding too!

How about Aggieland, in honor of the SMC. Hey I was the first to suggest a broader war, but actually Ghengis was the first to propose the invasion of the persian homeland. Maybe Grocery or BREADBASKET in honor of the GREAT food production there. Or perhaps DISNEYLAND, imagine a tired jungle ball player wins the champioship and the gazette ask what are you going to do, well we need a disneyland so he can say I'm going to disneyland"

How about Persia? I mean, we are *annexing* the place, thus making 'Persia' an Apolytonian province... right? Just a thought...

After Alexander's Empire was cut up into separate empires what was the name of the Persian one?
Seleucid Syria? Media? Assyria? Arabia? Apolo-Persia? Apolastan?

Yeah, I thought so. The others were just name suggestions.

I think I was the first to say lets kill them, but oh well.
Cumberland came up as a name in the city naming thread. Thought I would pass it on here.

I liked the "Right of Passage" idea as this entire thing stemed from them breaking a RoP agreement.
Maybe, since this campaign has netted us three GW we sould proclaim it as our drive to prominance and name it "Right of Assention"

Actually I was the first person to advocate fighting them versus immediately appeasing them when they declared war, but I only advocated taking Sidon.
When Germany surrendered and we hadn't moved on Hamburg I changed my objective to taking all of Persa.
