Should I buy these games?
Should I get IL-2 and Battlefield1942? I read a really bad review for BF1942. But theres alot of people talking about on the strat forums.
Anybody have any of these and want to throw up there 2 cents? These are basically my X-mas pickings.

The Multiplayer demo for BF1942 is ridiculously fun and addicting. See my post about it:

Although I've heard the single player might be a bit lacking, the multiplayer should more than make up for it.

Both games have large MP followings, so if MP is your thing the answer is yes. IL2 has a solid SP game as well, which by all accounts I don't think can be said for BF1942.

BF1942 SUCKS, dont waste your money. If you really want to know what it's like go download the demo.
WWIIOL is an infinate times better.
I dont know about IL-2
