Very interesting. But will the IE's allow you to execute the 16 turn strategy?

I guess so. Hole In Wall has been ingored by IE's for more turns than that already.

Why yes I did. I knew I was.

The role playing was fine, It was the shutting down of all the real communication that got to me. I still read this thread and still do not know what VODKA is about. I will go to the City planning office and check it out.
