Now, I certainly don't expect the administration to let this thread slide, but bare with me... for some unknown reason my PC has stopped letting me play Civilisation 3. If I put the CD in, the normal screen comes up, but if I try to play, I'm told, "Please eject and re-insert the Civilisation III CD-ROM, select OK and restart the application". Which doesn't work.
So, I can't play Civ III cos the CD isn't recognised properly (I can use any other CD, I can view the readme and reinstall the game, but not play)... could someone either help me solve the problem, or PM me a crack that will allow me to play the game without the CD? I do own it legally, I can tell you what's on a specific page of the UK manual, or anything else that you'd need a legit copy in order to know... so please help?
