It is in the control panel. It's in the Edit Profile screen, near the top if I remember right.

I don't see why he wouldn't be able to figure it out. I'm a newbie, I've been told recently , yet I was able to get my flag.
Right now, a 10% PCR would put me 999. One short of King.
And I don't spam as much as certain others.
Besides, it's Skanky's fault.
